Child Safety Policy

Opentalkme has a zero-tolerance policy for the presence of minors (under 18) and the dissemination of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

We utilize automated detection systems and user reports to identify underage users. Upon detection, minors are permanently banned from the platform to protect their safety.

Any instances of CSAM are immediately reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, along with all available metadata, to assist law enforcement.
