1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

Opentalkme is strictly an 18+ platform. Users under 18 are not permitted under any circumstances, including with parental consent.

  • Guests confirm they are 18 or older before entering the platform.
  • We reserve the right to verify age at any time and suspend or permanently ban users suspected of violating this rule using network and device signals.
  • Automated safety systems can flag a sampled frame as a suspected-minor case for human review, even when no explicit content is detected.

2. Nature of the Service (Not a Dating Site)

Opentalkme connects users globally for random live video and audio interactions. Opentalkme is STRICTLY NOT a dating site.

  • Users seeking romantic relationships, dating, or sexual partners are not welcome.
  • You cannot choose a specific person. The current matching system pairs users from the available queue for the selected chat mode.
  • Interactions are real-time and user-generated. You use the service at your own risk.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Opentalkme enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior. You agree NOT to engage in:

  • Abuse, Harassment, Hate Speech: Discrimination or bullying of any kind.
  • Dating/Romantic Solicitation: Asking for dates, relationships, or sexual favors.
  • Explicit Content: Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive behavior.
  • Illegal Acts: Drugs, weapons, violence, or self-harm.
  • Spam/Solicitation: Advertising, scams, or selling services.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without notice.

4. Live & Authentic Interaction Requirement

Opentalkme is built for real, live human interaction. You must use your actual, live face and appear on camera in real time. It is strictly forbidden to point cameras at screens, use static images, filters, masks, or virtual cameras. Any attempt to bypass this may result in a permanent ban.

5. Reporting & Moderation

  • Users are encouraged to help keep Opentalkme safe via the in-app Report feature.
  • When reported, a moderation snapshot of the user's video may be captured solely for safety/compliance.
  • Opentalkme uses automated systems and human review. High-confidence reports of explicit content corroborated by automated checks may result in immediate suspension; borderline or suspected-minor cases route to a human reviewer before action.
  • Receiving multiple reports in a short time may result in automatic suspension or banning.
  • Do not retaliate against offensive users; retaliation itself is a violation.

6. Data Collection & Privacy (Summary)

Opentalkme does not record full video or audio calls. Sampled frames and report evidence may be processed or retained for safety as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • Device-fingerprint and IP records are retained for guest enforcement, ban-evasion defense, and audit evidence.
  • Automated safety systems sample frames during video matches; explicit content confirmed across multiple frames can trigger an automatic suspension. High-confidence reports corroborated by automated checks may also result in immediate suspension. Suspected-minor flags and borderline signals route to a human reviewer before action.
  • We use Grafana Cloud to capture operational events. Stored fields include connection metadata, IP and geo data, and moderation/ban events.

7. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

  • You are solely responsible for your behavior and content.
  • Opentalkme is not responsible for actions, statements, or conduct of other users.
  • You may encounter offensive or inappropriate behavior despite moderation.
  • Opentalkme does not guarantee a safe or positive experience.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Opentalkme reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time.
  • We may remove users without notice or explanation.
  • Guest enforcement uses device and network signals to deter ban evasion.
  • Banned users can request review of a suspension from the block screen. Confirmed incorrect bans are reversed after review.

9. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Opentalkme may cooperate with law enforcement agencies. We may share relevant data when legally required or to report suspected criminal activity. This may occur without prior notice to users.

10. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

  • All content, software, and branding belong to Opentalkme/Camdiv. No copying or reverse engineering.
  • Service is provided "as is". No warranties regarding uptime, behavior, or safety.
  • Limitation of Liability: Opentalkme is not liable for indirect damages or emotional distress.
  • Global Use: You are responsible for complying with local laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Users are responsible for reviewing changes.

12. Community Guidelines

By using Opentalkme, you also agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines regarding respect, safety, and prohibited content will result in immediate action.
