Community Guidelines

Rules and reporting standards for respectful conversations strictly among adults aged 18 and over.

1. Be Respectful & Kind

Treat everyone with dignity. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for hate speech, harassment, or bullying.

  • No racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind
  • Respect different cultures and beliefs
  • Be patient with language barriers
  • No insults, threats, or aggressive behavior

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

Certain behaviors result in immediate bans. Use of our platform is a privilege, not a right.

  • STRICTLY 18+ ONLY: Minors are prohibited
  • No nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive conduct
  • No violence, weapons, or self-harm
  • No illegal activities or drugs

3. Safety & Privacy

Your safety is paramount. We prioritize privacy and security.

  • Full video and audio calls are not recorded; sampled frames and report evidence may be processed for safety
  • You're anonymous to other users, they never see your email or name
  • Do not share personal info (phone, address, socials) with strangers
  • Do not click suspicious links
  • We use device and network signals solely for safety and ban enforcement

4. Authenticity & Fair Use

Connect as your real self. Bots and fake profiles are not allowed.

  • You must appear on camera (no dark screens/static images)
  • No broadcasting of pre-recorded content
  • No spam, scams, or commercial advertising
  • No impersonation of others

5. Enforcement & Consequences

We strictly enforce these rules to protect our community. Violations result in:

  • Automated Suspension: Explicit content confirmed across multiple sampled frames can trigger an automatic suspension. High-confidence reports corroborated by automated systems may also trigger immediate suspension.
  • Human Review: Suspected-minor flags and borderline automated signals route to a human reviewer; suspensions on those paths are issued only after confirmation.
  • Ban Enforcement: Enforcement uses device and network signals.
  • Ban Appeal: One-click review request from the block screen; confirmed incorrect bans are reversed after review.
  • Legal Action: Suspected child sexual abuse material is preserved as evidence and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant child-safety organizations as required by applicable law.

Report Violations

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, end the chat and use the in-app "Report" button. Reports support device and network enforcement and may be escalated for human review when needed.
